Whenever you have to boil eggs, boil in a pressure cooker. Take required number of eggs in a pressure cooker, add a pinch of salt. Add water till the eggs are submerged. Close the pressure cooker lid and let 2 whistles come. Then switch off the stove and let the eggs in the pressure cooker cool down. Open the lid and use the boiled eggs as desired.
That's a nice tip. Adding salt helps to keep the egg York or the white intact even if the egg cracks while boiling. And pressure cooking is fast indeed.. 😊
